Welcome to DigiSafety Lab. These terms govern your access to and use of our courses and offerings at digisafelab.digital.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling or accessing any course, product, or item offered by DigiSafety Lab, you agree to these terms.

2. Course Offerings

DigiSafety Lab provides digital safety training modules and certification programs for individuals and teams seeking to enhance their skills in online protection and secure workflows.

3. Enrollment and Accounts

To enroll, you must provide accurate personal details and maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are due at the time of registration. We accept major payment methods. You must ensure billing information is accurate. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

5. Accessibility and Modifications

DigiSafety Lab reserves the right to modify or discontinue any course or product at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or via email.

6. Refund Policy

At DigiSafety Lab, we strive to ensure satisfaction. The policy below outlines refund guidelines based on the type of offering.

6.1 Services and Live Training Sessions

For live training sessions and consulting services, you may request a refund up to 7 calendar days prior to the session start date. After that period, you may request a reschedule for a later session within six months. If you choose a reschedule, the seat will be held for you at no additional cost. Refund requests submitted within the permitted window will be processed within 10 business days to the method used for purchase. Requests received after the 7-day window cannot be honored and will not qualify for a refund due to preparation costs and resource allocation.

6.2 Info Products and Digital Downloads

For digital learning materials and recorded modules, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment source. After 20% of the content has been accessed or after 14 days, no refunds will be offered.

6.3 Physical Items and Merchandise

For any physical items, including training materials or branded merchandise, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds will be credited within 15 business days after we receive the item. You may also choose an exchange if the requested item is available.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials and trademarks are the property of DigiSafety Lab. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiSafety Lab will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use our courses or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
